I paid to remove ads or for Bible Run Pro, but it isn't active. How do I restore it?

Purchases and subscriptions restore automatically when you reinstall or sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought them with. In-app, open Settings → Restore Purchases. If Remove Ads or Bible Run Pro still isn't active after a restore, send us a note below with the email on your store account and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel my Bible Run Pro subscription?

Manage or cancel anytime in your store account — there's no separate step in the game. On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

How do I reset my progress or delete my data?

You can reset in-app: Settings → Reset All Progress (this clears your local save). Your progress is also cloud-synced: iCloud on iOS and Google Play Games on Android, plus your Bible Run account if you created one. To permanently delete your account and cloud data — scores, ghost replays, and friend code — use our account deletion form; we confirm by email and complete it within 30 days. To remove only the device save, uninstall the app and delete the saved game from Play Games or iCloud.

I found a bug or the game crashed. What do you need from me?

Thanks for reporting! Use the form below and include: your device model + OS version, what level or screen you were on, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot. If the game crashed, we get crash reports automatically via Sentry but a note gives us the context.

What data does Bible Run collect, and how is it used?

We use Firebase (analytics, accounts and cloud save, and crash reporting), Google AdMob (ads in the free version), RevenueCat (subscriptions), AppsFlyer (referral and invite links), and Sentry (crash reports). If you create an account, we also store your email, display name, scores, and friend connections. Full details — and your choices and rights — are in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your data.
